Our Head of R&D Reiner Walch is the third colleague to celebrate his 20th anniversary at PrehKeyTec this year. We asked him three questions about his work at PrehKeyTec:

Reiner, what do you value most about your team?

I appreciate the competence and the way my team works. Most of all, I appreciate the reliability of my colleagues. It’s a good feeling to know, that I can always count on them. 

What does your typical working day look like?

A typical working day does not exist for me. However, I do have one ritual: the first thing I do every morning is to walk through our offices and say hello to every one of my colleagues with a personal handshake. This is something that has not changed in the last 20 years.

What are your goals for the next years?

That PrehKeyTec remains successful, that we continue to develop interesting products and solutions and that we keep supporting our customers with our extensive know-how.
