New Shareholder: Erik Miersch Demonstrates Commitment to the Company and Confidence in Strategy and Employees

We are pleased to announce that our CEO, Erik Miersch, has been admitted to the circle of shareholders of the company, effective May 7, 2024. This decision underscores the close collaboration between management and shareholders and strengthens confidence in our concepts, strategies, and above all, our employees. At the same time, Karl Krenig passes the baton to our operational company leader and retires as a shareholder due to age.

Since October 1, 2021, Erik Miersch has been our CEO and has proven to be a driving force behind the strategic development of PrehKeyTec in recent years. His participation now strengthens our circle of shareholders and his position within the company.

Shareholder Robert Hoffmann commented positively on this development: "With our offer to Erik, we aimed to create a connection between corporate leadership and strategic decisions at the highest level. Erik's decision to accept our proposal and join the circle of shareholders is a clear signal of the company's future viability and stability. His commitment and the vision we developed together have significantly contributed to PrehKeyTec's success in recent years, and I am confident that we will further strengthen our position as a market-leading company."

Erik Miersch's entry into the circle of shareholders emphasizes our continuous development. With a strong focus on innovation and growth, we are well positioned to continue offering leading solutions.
