Like so many trade shows, the FTE APEX Asia Expo took place again this year for the first time since 2019. After such a long time, visitors were able to discover a lot of highlights at the PrehKeyTec booth. Our Senior Sales Manager Michael Seidler, together with Managing Director Erik Miersch showed how new technologies together with reliable data entry optimize aviation processes:

• With integrated RFID, our well-known MCI 111 A check-in keyboard can speed up data processing and reduce errors caused by manual entries.
• For check-in counters with a limited amount of space, we offer our customers a compact one-cable solution. With the combination of the MCI 96 keyboard and the OCR scanner and MSR ML 2, we were able to present the FTE visitors with a particularly space-saving solution.
• In another demo, we used a prototype to show how we can implement different actuation forces and travels. In addition, the sample illustrated high-quality backlighting with LEDs that can be controlled individually.
• Another highlight was our check-in innovation, in which we combine our high-quality keyboards with modern identification technology. Thanks to the user-friendly solution with our partner, ID data is now read even faster.
