For lottery operators, it is a necessity that their players can place bets quickly and reliably at the same time. Therefore, it is important to have a keyboard that they can depend on and that makes it easy to process a player's requests in a short amount of time. For ILTS, the challenge was to integrate a dependable system with a small footprint for our customers in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam that would allow them to conduct lottery games with just a few key clicks.
ILTS decided to use PrehKeyTec's MCI 84 keyboard to succeed this challenge. To speed up betting transactions, PrehKeyTec programmed the individual keys with the requested functions. This way, fulfilling a player's request only takes a few seconds. Implementation was also quick and easy, as the keyboards were delivered ready to use. The keyboard's high level of usability is guaranteed by its different sections, which are visually separated by colors. The same applies to the bilingual layout (English and Malay) and the ergonomic design. The ease of use as well as the fact that downtimes are reduced to a minimum make the system highly reliable.
